This 35-hour workforce training course prepares participants for the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) credential. Students develop foundational knowledge of global supply chain operations, safety, quality practices, material handling, workplace communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and logistics operations through classroom instruction and real-world applications aligned with industry standards.
What you need to earn this credential
Exam Requirements
Participants must demonstrate competency in all required logistics knowledge and successfully pass the MSSC Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) certification exam. The in-person exam consists of 85–87 multiple-choice questions completed within 90–120 minutes and assesses supply chain logistics, material handling and safety, quality practices, workplace communication, and basic computer and analytical skills.
