The medical assisting services program is designed to prepare students for a career as a health professional in an ambulatory setting. In order to meet the program objectives, the curriculum provides a rigorous foundation in office administration and clinical patient care courses. Administrative courses include study in medical office procedures, microcomputers, oral and written communication.
