Biology
University of Cincinnati-Blue Ash College
Biology is the study of life in all its diversity. It is an increasingly exciting research and application-driven science. Biologists study the structure and function of all aspects of life, as well as the flow of information, energy, and matter through cells, organisms, and entire ecosystems. Biologists use critical thinking skills, creativity, and the scientific method to discover new treatments for disease, remediate polluted ecosystems, and add to society's body of biological knowledge.
