This program, prepares students for careers in early childhood, childhood, early childhood special education or childhood special education. Students who complete the A.A. degree at Suffolk County Community College can transfer to a New York State four-year college to attain the baccalaureate degree and teacher certification. The Childhood Education curriculum at Suffolk offers a strong liberal arts foundation.
