An introductory level course providing a broad overview of vendor neutral computer topics, including hardware, software, networking fundamentals, productivity software, and the fundamentals of programming, preparing students for an entry level position as a field tech or help desk position. It serves as one of two prerequisite courses for the Cybersecurity program, and students have the opportunity to earn their CompTIA A+ Certification.
