The Pre-Health Professions Transfer plan is designed for students who intend to attend health professional schools, such as chiropractic, dentistry, medicine, optometry, podiatry, physician assistant or veterinary medicine. Most health professional schools require a bachelor's degree. While there is no specific major requirement, students often pursue degrees in the sciences, such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology.
