The Associate in Arts Degree in History & Social Sciences has been developed to provide the first two years of preparation for a student wishing to complete a bachelor degree with a major in history, political science, anthropology or sociology. The Associate in Arts Degree in History and Social Sciences may be especially appropriate for students who plan to pursue careers in the fields of anthropology, archaeology, sociology, education, government, historic preservation, public history, or law.
