The Organizational Leadership Certificate is designed to provide the student with essential tools needed to develop leadership skills necessary in today's global business environment. Emphasis will be placed on developing a working knowledge and understanding of improving work environments in organizations. Through experiential learning, students will gain knowledge of performance evaluation, communication, conflict resolution, achievement and leadership.
