Mohawk Valley Community College
This program provides the skills needed to begin working in a variety of helping professions. Working with an advisor, students plan a course of studies around their career interests. The counseling emphasis helps to develop the knowledge and interpersonal skills required to help those in need solve problems in living. Human Services students must complete two semesters of professionally supervised internship experiences in a setting related to their career direction.
