Phlebotomy Technician

The Phlebotomy Technician program provides students with the training necessary for employment and advancement in the health care field. Upon satisfactory completion of the classroom training at the college, each student is assigned to an affiliating clinical site for five weeks of daytime phlebotomy clinical experience. During this period, the student performs phlebotomy and other related procedures under the direct supervision of a medical laboratory technician or technologist.
