The Psychology Department approaches psychology as an academic discipline, a profession, and a science. Faculty present the field of psychology as one that is diverse and exciting. Through internships with local educational and human services agencies, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute, students have the opportunity to gain job-relevant skills, knowledge of the field, clinical experiences, and research experiences.
