The Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership provides a comprehensive, biblically-based curriculum for Christian men and women serving both the church and the community in ministry and the marketplace. Graduates are qualified to serve within the church as pastors and within the marketplace as business executives or corporate strategists; it can be completed 100% online or in combination with on-campus classes.
