UCTP Physics
Los Angeles Valley College
Students will learn about the major topics in classical physics including: mechanics; electricity and magnetism; thermodynamics; and wave theory. They will also be introduced to topics in modern physics including: quantum theory; the atomic structure; and relativity. Successful completion of these courses, along with additional general education requirements, meets the guidelines for the University of California Transfer Pathway in Physics.
