King University offers an Education Specialist degree in Leadership in two pathways: Educational Teacher Leader (EL) and Instructional Leadership Licensed Administrator (IL). The EdS in Leadership for Educational Teacher Leader (EL) is for students who want to pursue more advanced practices in the classroom and/or pursue curriculum leadership opportunities at the school or district level, but who do not wish to seek an administrator’s license in their state.
