The Emergency Medical Services: EMT Basic Certificate program prepares the student to be entry- level in delivering safe, high quality emergency patient care. The EMT-B is trained to respond to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured, and to transport the patient to a medical facility.
