The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program prepares students for entry-level positions in the workforce as emergency medical technicians and paramedics. Students gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to recognize, assess, and manage medical emergencies in a pre-hospital setting. They learn to evaluate and manage patients with acute traumatic and medical conditions.
