Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts courses are designed to train students for successful careers in the foodservice industry. Learning objectives are met through development of critical thinking skills, as well as hands-on training in the modern art of cookery. Students in the Culinary Arts program are encouraged to approach issues from a managerial perspective, and to develop the ability to balance time, efficiency, and best practices in sanitation.
