Programmatic emphasis is given to the myriad of needs of diverse communities and to the needs of a globalsociety. The Education Department provides curricula for the preparation of teachers in the following areas: Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Middle Level Education, and Physical Education. Curricula are also provided for Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and Educational Leadership (Master’s and Doctoral).
