This program prepares students to assist wildlife and fisheries management personnel as technicians studying the distribution, abundance, habits, life histories, mortality factors and economic values of birds, mammals, and other wildlife. They can assist in planning and carrying out wildlife management programs, restoring wildlife habitats, regulating wildlife populations, and controlling wildlife diseases.
