Our curriculum is designed to prepare undergraduates for critical thinking and employment flexibility. The department's philosophy emphasizes dynamic faculty-student academic encounters both in- and out- of the classroom; along with individualized attention for our majors and minors. Our faculty's expertise encompasses a broad range spanning Latin American literature, Hispanic women's writing, Spanish and Latin American culture, Hispanic linguistics, and the use of technology in the Humanities.
