The accounting program prepares students for a career in accounting with the foundation coursework required to pursue post-graduation professional certificates or licenses such as the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or the Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The program also prepares students to pursue graduate coursework in accounting. The accounting major includes 24 upper division required hours of accounting.
