The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a four-year pre-licensure degree (Fast-Track BSN program can be completed in 3 1/2 years) that prepares students to enter the nursing profession as a nurse generalist. The graduate is qualified to practice in a variety of health care settings and nursing specialties. Graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) for entry into practice in any state.
