The School of Arts & Sciences offers a major in creative and professional writing that provides students with the opportunity to gain pre-professional skills in editing, publishing and other writing related fields, while cultivating creative expression. Through extensive practice in various genres (poetry, fiction, writing for publication, creative nonfiction, etc.), students will develop valuable and versatile writing skills.
