The Tribal Legal Studies A.S. Degree prepares students for a career as a Tribal Legal Advocate. Students will develop the skills necessary for legal research and writing, will become familiar with the basics of federal, state, and tribal laws, understand Native American legal issues, and will participate in experiential learning. Students will study tribal court justice systems and the Blackfeet Tribal Code to prepare for the tribal bar exam.
