The Bachelor of Fine Arts program in art with a concentration in art education provides students with creative teaching and learning processes and strategies, firsthand experience teaching art for a range of ages, an understanding of the study of art history and global cultures, and practice in a variety of studio areas offered in the School of Art. Art education students learn about K--12 education in public, community and museum settings.
