The Bachelor of Applied Science program with a concentration in animal biology provides a direct pathway from an Associate of Applied Science degree to a BAS degree for students who want to prepare for careers in management and scientific and medical fields relevant to animals. Students learn the underlying principles of animal health --- grounded in knowledge of cells, biological systems and behavior --- to solve problems in animal health and care.
