The Associate of Applied Science in Pharmacy Technician aspires to develop students with the knowledge and skills to perform as an important component of the teamwork of a pharmacy. The pharmacy technician helps the pharmacist dispatch medication prescribed by the doctor, and graduates are qualified to work in hospital and community pharmacies as well as other licensed distributors of pharmaceutical products.
