- Patron conduct — observe facility use throughout a shift and address minor rule violations calmly and consistently in an athletic club setting.
- Cleaning standards — complete detailed cleaning of floors, benches, and locker units to facility hygiene standards without supervisory prompting.
- Customer inquiries — explain facility costs, availability, policies, and procedures clearly to patrons using active listening and plain language.
