- Slab cores and reinforcing wire — form and assemble around patterns using hand tools and glue with routine independence on recurring part runs.
- Upper mold sections — lift and remove from lower sections and extract molded patterns efficiently during standard production cycles.
- Core placement accuracy — position cores into lower mold sections and reassemble molds for pouring within established dimensional tolerances.
- Surface imperfection repairs — smooth and correct mold, core, and core box defects using appropriate finishing tools without prompting.
- Parting agent coverage patterns — adapt spray or sprinkle techniques to varied pattern geometries encountered on the shop floor.
