Advanced Manufacturing Technology
DiplomaAesthetics Technology
This program specializes in the study of skin care and offers instruction in keeping skin healthy, attractive, and well maintained. Students will complete a basic Aesthetics curriculum while demonstrating competence in theory and practical skills. Students are required to complete supervised laboratory Aesthetic procedures on live clients. Graduates will obtain a diploma and a license by the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology upon successful completion of a written and practical examination.
CertificateAutomotive Technology
The Automotive Technology program provides instruction in current methods of service and repairing automobiles. Students are taught the use of manuals and how to utilize available resources to assist in diagnosis and corrections of automotive problems. Students are also instructed in the proper use of test equipment, precision measuring tools, special equipment, and hand tools.
DiplomaAviation Maintenance Technology
This program is designed to prepare students for a career as an Airframe and/or Powerplant Mechanic. Graduates must pass the certification knowledge and practical tests through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). FAA Licensure Exams are taken after completion of the program.
DiplomaBuilding Construction Technology
Building Construction Technology is designed to provide basic knowledge and applicable skills necessary for individuals to work in the building construction industry. Instruction provided will assist students in obtaining certifications in various construction trades, i.e. carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry.
DiplomaCertified Medical Assistant To Practical Nursing Bridge
The Practical Nursing program prepares students to become Licensed Practical Nurses through classroom instruction and supervised clinical experience in various healthcare settings. It is mandatory to attend an Information Session prior to starting the program.
DiplomaCollision Repair Technology
This program is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the materials, methods, and refinishing techniques used in the repair and restoration of a damaged automobile body. Students are trained to weld, straighten metal, align frames, and paint surfaces. The Collision Repair Technology program is approved by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
DiplomaComputer Aided Design Technology
This training program is designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary for entry level employment in the field of Computer Aided Design (CAD). The CAD Technology program offers trainees the opportunity for training using AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks. The CAD Technology program is also an Academic Certification Provider for SolidWorks. Additionally, the Curriculum of the CAD Technology program is certified by the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA).

The mission of the Computer Operating Systems, Networking and Cybersecurity program is to provide the information technology industry with CompTIA (Computing Technical Industry Association) certified personnel. Students will be provided the highest quality technical training and job-related skills in Computer and Network Servicing and Cybersecurity Fundamentals.

The Cosmetology program provides necessary training in theory and clinical knowledge for students to be successful within the Cosmetology industry. Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment upon graduation and to aid in the passing of the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology Licensing Exam.

CertificateDental Assisting
This program prepares students to become members of a health care team in a dental setting. The course includes theory with demonstrations and classroom instruction. Students receive supervised experience performing procedures using study models, mannequins, and other simulated methods. Students are required to complete three months of supervised experience in a clinical setting assisting procedures on dental patients in a dental office.

This program trains students in the art and science of manufacturing corrective devices and replacements for natural teeth. Upon graduation, students are qualified to work in a commercial dental laboratory where they play a vital role in aiding dentists to create beautiful smiles and optimum oral health.
DiplomaDiesel Powered Equipment Technology
The Diesel Powered Equipment Technology program provides practical experience in the repair and maintenance of diesel powered equipment. Students receive instruction in troubleshooting, engine analysis, disassembling engines replacing defective parts, reassembling, etc. The program mission is to provide technical instructional and skill development to enable students to enter employment in truck, construction, agricultural equipment, and other related fields as technicians.
DiplomaHeating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, And Refrigeration
This program prepares students to work in a variety of jobs in the field of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Students are prepared to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential & commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, humidifiers, and electrical & gas heating. Students also learn the fundamentals of electricity, electric motors, and controls.
DiplomaIndustrial Electrical Maintenance/Mechatronics
This program includes classroom and hands-on experience in electronics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, motor controls, programmable controllers, robotics, machine shop, and related math. Students completing this program are prepared to perform at entry level in a typical industrial environment.
DiplomaMachine Tool Technology
This program develops basic skills in Machine Tool operations and provides experience on a variety of tools such as lathes, milling machines, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, and Computer Aided Design-Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD-CAM). Training includes industry applied math, blueprint reading, precision measuring, basic metallurgy, and heat treating.

The Residential/Commercial/Industrial Electricity (RCIE) program's mission is to prepare students for the various Industrial Electricity and Residential or Commercial Electrician careers. This full-time program meets Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and is located at the Portland campus.
