This program specializes in the study of skin care and offers instruction in keeping skin healthy, attractive, and well maintained. Students will complete a basic Aesthetics curriculum while demonstrating competence in theory and practical skills. Students are required to complete supervised laboratory Aesthetic procedures on live clients. Graduates will obtain a diploma and a license by the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology upon successful completion of a written and practical examination.

The Cosmetology Program's mission is to provide the necessary training in theory and clinical knowledge for the student to be successful with the cosmetology industry. Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment upon graduation and to aid in the passing of the State Board of Cosmetology Licensing Exam, which consists of a written test and practical test. Licensing is required for individuals to be employed as cosmetologists in the State of Tennessee.

The mission of the Cosmetology Instructor Program is to prepare the instructor student with the knowledge of the classroom setting and instructional techniques to be successful in instructing in the area of cosmetology and related studies. Training involves instruction in how to teach General, Chemical and Physical Areas of Cosmetology, student management, student records management, techniques for following student progress in theory and practical/clinical areas.

The mission of the Machine Tool Technology Program is to provide required technical instruction and skill development for the student to become gainfully employed. This course will provide students with a thorough understanding of the methods of machining and fabrication of metal into tools and parts. Students will receive actual experience with lathes, mills, grinders, and the CNC/CAM equipment, as well as, precision measuring instruments that work with it.
