The Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMC) certificate is designed and managed to produce highly skilled individuals in production technology and introductory industrial maintenance. Students in this program have the opportunity to articulate into the Industrial Maintenance program.

Automotive Technology is an ASE certified Master Automotive Service Technician Program by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation. All instruction coincides with the nine instructional areas as recognized by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. CertificateBuilding Construction Technology
The BCT program provides students with basic training in areas concerned with building homes. As trends and consumer tastes change, builders must be prepared. This course is designed to prepare the student for this ever changing industry. The training is based upon fundamental construction techniques.
DiplomaComputer Information Technology
The Computer Information Technology program is designed to provide students with first-hand knowledge of the software, hardware, and operations of personal computers used in business and industry. Many aspects of the personal computer including how it works, how data is processed, and how to apply the functions to solutions on the job are explored in the Computer Information Technology program.
DiplomaCosmetology
The Cosmetology program is designed to help the student master all the skills necessary for: passing the State Board Examination, selecting the phase or phases of Cosmetology in which to specialize, and entering employment. The program also provides for the upgrading and updating of employed workers. Classroom instruction and practical learning experiences are interwoven into a variety of beauty treatments, including the care and beautification of the hair, complexion, and hands.

DiplomaIndustrial Maintenance
The Industrial Maintenance Program (IMG) is designed and managed to produce highly skilled individuals in the areas of mechanical and electrical industrial machinery repair. The program consists of Mechanical Training, including numerous types of power transmission techniques, belt drive systems, chain drives, gear drives, alignment methods, and also coupling methods. Students are trained in pneumatic and hydraulic symbology, operation, and application.
DiplomaMachine Tool Technology
The Machine Tool Technology program is designed to provide the student with the ability to work as a machine tool operator, machinist, or related occupation that requires skill in machining metal with such machines as milling machines, lathes, grinders, drill presses, CNC machinery, EDM machinery including the ability to interpret part prints and use precision measuring tools.
DiplomaMassage Therapy
Massage therapy is the systematic and scientific manipulation of soft tissue with the intent of positively affecting the health and well-being of a client. As a health care profession, the education of a massage therapist requires basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, pharmacology, business, self-care, nutrition, hydrotherapy and many other related topics. There are dozens of massage therapy modalities ranging from therapeutic to relaxation (spa).
CertificatePractical Nursing
Potential students must pass two prerequisite courses: Dosage Calculations and Anatomy and Physiology. The Hybrid PN class is now offered as a blended cohort. Students can choose to attend on-ground Monday and Wednesday, and attend a synchronous virtual classroom Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The other option for this cohort is to attend attend on-ground Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 2:30PM). The total program commitment is 30 hours per week.
DiplomaReflexology
Note: This program is not Pell Eligible. This program is designed to train students in the techniques and skills of Reflexology in preparation for becoming a Registered Certified Reflexologist in the State of Tennessee. As a health care profession, the education of a reflexologist requires basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, pharmacology, business, and self-care. This program includes training in both hands-on and book work.
CertificateResidential/Commercial/Industrial Electricity
The Residential/Commercial/Industrial Electricity student will learn the National Electrical Code and how it applies to Industrial, Commercial, and Residential wiring. Among the topics covered will be Motor Control, Variable Speed Drives, Relay Logic, Transformers, Service Entrance Panels, PLC, and Residential Wiring.
DiplomaTruck Driving
Note: This program is not Pell Eligible. The Truck Driving Program prepares individuals to build skills in safety practices, operation, vehicle maintenance, and non-vehicle activities associated with truck driving. Instruction includes the operation of vehicles on the interstate, on two-lane highways, in the city, backing and maneuvering. Also included are recordkeeping, and performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections and defensive driving.
CertificateWelding Technology
Students will learn to perform entry level proficiency in shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, flux core arc and gas tungsten arc welding. Materials to be joined include carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The students will be using sheet, plate and pipe, incorporating both fillet and groove weldments in the 1F-2F and 1G-4G positions for sheet/plate, as well as both 2G & 6G positons for pipe.
