The Bachelor of Science in Biological Science (B.S.) is a 4-year, research-based program that will prepare students to enter either the workforce or graduate school. It also prepares students for professional programs such as medical, dental, and pharmacy school.

The Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) is a four-year research-based program that will prepare students to either enter the workforce with a bachelor's degree, or transfer to professional or graduate programs. It will prepare students for employment and become first-line managers or supervisors in various industries requiring knowledge and skills in Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship and Graduate School in Business-related disciplines.

This pathway is intended for students who plan to transfer to a four-year program in a field such as accounting, business administration, finance, industrial management, information systems, or marketing.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician

The Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Certificate Program is an 8-week, 90-hour comprehensive training program designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in healthcare. This program includes classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory practice, and a clinical externship (20 hours) to develop essential skills in blood collection, specimen handling, infection control and patient interaction.

The Film & Television Production Certificate Program at Atlanta Metropolitan State College is offered in partnership with the Georgia Film Academy/Consortium to meet the demands of the film industry across the state of Georgia and the entire country. Students get an experiential learning opportunity with a curriculum developed in partnership with industry and the academy.

This pathway is intended for students who plan to transfer to a four-year program in a field such as banking, finance, information technology, business administration, or financial technology. It is a collaboration with Middle Georgia State University.

Forensic Chemistry

Atlanta Metropolitan State College offers the Forensic Chemistry certificate, which prepares employees for career advancement, as well as individuals (including AMSC Biology, Chemistry, Criminal Justice, Biological Science and Allied Health majors) for entry-level positions in Forensic Chemistry laboratories. This program is a 19 credit hours program.
