Social Welfare Policy Analysis

This course introduces analytical frameworks with which to evaluate contemporary U.S. social welfare policy. It is designed for students with basic knowledge of the history of social welfare and how it has evolved over time. The course also examines the relationship between current policy and the practice of social work today.
