Introduction to the Profession

Course is designed to introduce students to the Physician Assistant profession and to prepare them to practice as professionals in a physician/PA/patient team. It will cover roles and responsibilities of the PA including their expected legal and moral behavior, their understanding of laws governing their practice and their ethical responsibilities in being health care professionals.
