SPECIAL TOPICS IN ORGANIC CHEMISTRY

Advanced course in a research area in organic chemistry which is of mutual interest to graduate students and the instructor. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours. Supramolecular Chemistry bridges organic, inorganic, surface science, and analytical chemistries. It is a topical area that explores synthesis, spatial organization, weak bonding interactions, hydrogen bonding or covalent bonding, and is interest for numerous industrial or pharmacy applications.
