This course is an introduction to basic Computer Aided Design functions and techniques using “hands-on” applications. Topics include terminology, hardware, basic computer aided design (CAD) and operating system functions, file manipulation, industry standards for CAD drawings, and basic CAD software applications in producing softcopy and hardcopy.
